Returns & Refund Policy

We take maximum of 1 week to process returns, after we received your request with all the data needed. We know it can be a total bummer and we are very sorry for any inconvenience caused.

All SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, LINGERIE, GALA & CUSTOM MADE DRESSES, HANDMADE ITEMS and SWIMWEAR are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Not eligible for a refund:

We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undelivered, or because of an incorrect or insufficient address.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase:

Refunds are only available if the item has defect.*
If the size doesn’t fit: you may exchange for another size
*If the item has defect: you may return it for an exchange or return it for a refund.

Please contact us prior to returning your merchandise. You have 7 days from the date you receive the merchandise. A store solution will be issued only if the merchandise is returned in its original, unworn condition.

Please note the following:

You are responsible for all off the return shipping costs.
If your return is stuck in customs we are not responsible for pay the import duties so your return may sent back to you.
Items may be out of stock. Prettylocker.com will make every attempt to contact the you in the event of out of stock inventory.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time *usually 5 working days* before your refund is applied. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
